Nilfisk Food Hybrid 7 MX10 / MX25

The Hybrid 7  MX10 / MX25 are fully functional pumping systems, which supplies pre-mixed water and product to multiple connected cleaning areas. It features a frequency controlled pump that ensures consistent working pressure, regardless of usage.

The MX10 / MX25 stations, mix detergents with water in a buffer tank located outside of the food production facilities, securing a safer working environment, eliminating the need for on-site chemical handling and ensuring that chemicals are contained and properly applied . Ideal for industries requiring chemicals to be stored outside the production area in order to keep chemicals out of sensitive areas and boost operational efficiency and superior cleanliness and safety by the automated chemical delivery supply.

The Mix Stations are available in 2 standard versions all with buffer-tanks for maximum 10 or 25 simultaneous users, up to 140 L/min. Available in two versions for Alcaline AF or Acid VF detergents.

Start and stop functions are entirely pressure controlled. Dosing pumps incorporated in the units have a very accurate dosing and can handle dosing between 0.2-5%.
